1) go to channel 99 on your digital tuner
2) navigate over to the FREE SPOT A-Z
3) Scroll over and down until you get to ICN6, select it
4) Go to the Sports tab
5) Scroll to CWO Sports Page
6) Scroll to the Sports Page: Holmes show and select and enjoy
Also, don't forget to enjoy some of the other entertaining shows On Demand from ICN6.
